Before I dive into these four things, which I am doing right now, and it has totally transformed the way that I approach my day and how I feel, I thought I was feeling good before. And so I'm introducing a new theme. And the theme for November is expanding past upper limits. So this month is all about reaching higher than you ever knew you could reach. Why? Because you are capable of doing this, you are so much stronger than you even know. You've got grit, you've got gumption, you've got heart, you've got courage. And we're going to tap into those things this month. Maybe you want to get in better shape. Maybe you want to make more money, maybe you want to be promoted to a position that is bigger and better. And a little intimidating. Maybe you want to start a family, maybe you want to upgrade your life in general, better habits, better relationships, better health, more wealth, etc. This is all possible for you, all of it. Unfortunately, we often hold ourselves back with the thoughts that we think I'm going to throw out some thoughts that might trip us up and hold us down. I can't wake up at 530 That's just too early. Everyone in my family is overweight. So I'm going to be overweight to creating wealth for myself and my family will require me to do things that go against my code of ethics. There are so many money hang up thoughts, you guys so many. And just because you're making a lot of money does not mean that it's unethical. Those are limiting beliefs that we have got to get rid of. Okay, some other thoughts. I've never been in a serious relationship. So I'm not that type of person. I can't stick to a clean diet because I'm not disciplined. I cannot apply to get funding for my startup because I don't know how to. I can't lift weights because I don't want to bulk up I cannot do that hard workout because I'm too busy doing other things. Our thoughts, our mind set prevents us from expanding past our upper limits. Guys, this is huge. This is huge. This is huge. Our mindset is what is preventing us from expanding past our upper limits. But today, mark it on your calendar, my friends, we are going to talk about creating an environment in which you can thrive. And get your mind right. Having your environment and your mind on point will give you the fuel you need to be unstoppable. It will change everything. However, before I go into switching up your environment, and tending that soil to make it fertile, we have to get really honest with ourselves, we need to know where we are at. Now, in this moment. Today, we need to know exactly where our baseline is. So we can raise it. Does that make sense? And the reason I say we need to get really honest with ourselves is because this is something that I've experienced recently, I thought for instance, I was being very honest with myself about how much movement I was doing daily. I thought, hey, I move regularly. But when I started tracking all of my movement, I realized I'm not meeting my daily goals, I need to step it up. And so getting honest with ourselves, and there's no shame in it, zero shame. But getting honest with ourselves, gives us an honest baseline. And when we have an honest baseline, and then we start doing the things that we need to do to raise it. Guys, the payoff and the feeling is so amazing. It's so amazing. The first area, this is step number one. If you want to expand past your upper limits, you have to do this. And that is this is going to be something that you are not expecting. Sleep. It is sleep oh my gosh, getting enough sleep will make you feel like a superhero. I knew I wasn't sleeping enough. But I didn't realize how much that was affecting my every day. Until I started tracking it. Guys. I've started tracking so many things and it makes a huge difference. Wow, wow, wow. Wow, I was my sleep hygiene was just so poor. And I don't mean like physical hygiene. I clean my sheets every week, okay. But I was not sleeping enough. And sleep is the bedrock of health and productivity. I have an aura ring. And so I get a sleep score every morning. And you don't need an aura ring to track your sleep, but it is helpful. What it has helped me do is create a sleep schedule. I have never had a sleep schedule before not a consistent one. You know I've gone through months where I've been on like a

30am Wake up. But I wasn't necessarily going to bed at the same time every night. Or I was going to bed at this around the same time every night but not waking up at the same time every morning. Now, I am getting that dialed in. My son goes to bed between seven and eight every night and I'm in bed like an old lady by 830 and asleep by 930 every night. That includes Saturday and Sunday and Friday, Friday, Saturday Sunday. Going to bed this early allows me to get at least seven but usually eight hours of sleep before my son gets up. It has also allowed me to wake up earlier than I used to. And on most mornings. This is so key for me. So key, I wake up between 530 and six so I can meditate and have some time to myself before my son wakes up. I need to fill myself before I start filling others. Same goes for you. Sometimes he wakes up earlier than that and our schedule is imperfect. So don't hold yourself to like a militant standard. But still having this sleep schedule has changed my life. Not only do I feel better, but I've also lost weight because my body has more recovery time. One of the many perks of sleep. So many important bodily functions happen while we asleep. So making sure you get some quality Shaddai will change your freak In life, I promise. Okay. Second, I want to chat with you about fitness. So sleep, fitness. This is probably not that surprising to you that I want to talk about this because I've talked about it many times on this podcast, such a huge part of self worth taking care of our bodies, honoring them, moving them. Fitness is important. And I'm someone who likes to work out. I move regularly, definitely more than the average American. But like I said, a few minutes ago, I started tracking my workouts. Again, you don't need an aura ring to do this, but it is helpful. The data showed that yes, I was moving. But I wasn't moving enough to be in optimal shape. And I wasn't reaching my calorie burning goal daily. Some days I would. And some days, I wouldn't. But getting more sleep again. Step one is sleep. Don't try and do the fitness without the sleep. getting more sleep has given me more energy and oomph to work out. And working out also gives me energy and a whole lot of body confidence and fortitude in other areas. When we feel good about ourselves, it translates into every other Arena in our lives. So now, I'm happy to report that over the last couple of weeks, my activity score is in the optimal range. And knowing this is great, but I actually feel it in my body. I feel so good. I feel strong. I'm seeing more muscle tone. And that strength makes me feel like I can conquer the world. It's incredible. So guys, sleep, fitness. And let me be clear, I have a he'll be nine months old. In two days on Wednesday, when this podcast comes out happy nine month birthday, my sweet boy Roman. I don't work out like two hours a day or anything crazy like that. I want to be so honest, I work out between 30 minutes and an hour, five to six times a week. So to me that's very sustainable, that's very manageable. The third area that is the bed rock to you pushing past your upper limits is supplementation. I'm a health nut. I've been interested in eating well for the majority of my life, and I've been taking daily vitamins for years. However, in the stress filled nutrient deficient world we live in supplementation is pretty much required. If we want to feel our best. I wish it wasn't like this. But it is and again that goes back to getting super honest. Are we getting enough nutrition? Our food isn't as nutritious as it used to be, even if we're eating organic. So making sure I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals my body needs has also made a huge difference. Let me be a little bit more specific with what I'm doing. The reason I said I encourage you to have a full blood panel done by a naturopath or a functional medicine doctor is that when I have had bloodwork done by allopathic doctors, so like what Western medicine doctors, there are such huge ranges for your level. So thyroid level, vitamin D level DHEA, progesterone, testosterone, all of those things, there are such wide ranges that if you are anywhere in there, in general, not all but in general allopathic doctors will be like You're fine. You don't need to do anything. But naturopaths and functional medicine doctors are more interested in what you can do to be at your optimal level. So how can you feel your best all the time, it makes a big difference. With supplementation. I also eat very clean, I eat very little processed food, and everything I buy from the grocery store is organic. We do eat out on occasion and I treat myself I got pizza last night at this restaurant called pizzeria Bianco that was featured in Chef's Table on Netflix. So I we go out we treat ourselves. But for the most part, I eat a whole food diet from the earth. Like for lunch, for instance, I just had a red bell pepper, and organic hummus and then two organic eggs with a little bit of organic cheese on top and water. You may be thinking holy crap, Jacqueline must spend a lot of money on food and supplements every month. And the reality is, my husband and I do spend more than the average person on groceries and supplementation. But the way that I see it is that one cannot put a price on health. And there are so many things I want to do while I'm here in this lifetime and I need to feel good and be healthy to do them. So it's an investment I'm willing to make wellness of the is of the utmost importance to me. And it if I have to choose between wellness or buying my supplements and buying a handbag, I'm going to choose the supplements because I want to feel great. There's a ripple effect. I want to feel my best. Okay, so we talked about sleep. We talked about fitness. We talked about nutrition and supplementation. Now the last area I want to chat with you about is environment. This is who you surround yourself with the type of work you spend your time doing, the state of your home, your office, etc. When we have clean, organized tidy spaces, we feel different. I'm looking around my office right now and y'all it's cluttered. Like I am so transparent with you guys and honest it's not terrible. But there's too much stuff in here right now. I need to declutter. It creates space For new energy and clear thinking, next thing, this is hard. I do get questions about this sometimes keep your friend circle tidy, manage your time and your energy and harness it to move forward the things you feel passionate about. Those things do not have to be last on your list of priorities and look around you. Does your space reflect high self worth? Do your friendships reflect high self worth? Does your space reflect to you? Do the people that you surround yourself reflect the you that you are becoming? Not the person you were 20 years ago? Now, there's nothing wrong with friendships that span a lifetime. I love that. But are they supporting you and cheering you on as you grow? Are they trying to keep you the same? Does it make you feel good and energized and make you feel like you can expand past your upper limits. And what I mean by it is your space, the people you surround yourself with, if not make the changes necessary. To be specific, your space doesn't need to be anything specific. But it does need to be a place where you can relax and think clearly. I find that clutter and messes mess with my peace. And the same goes for the relationships in my life. I write every single morning along with 10 other affirmations that are also my dreams, that I have joyful relationships. Every single morning I write I have joyful relationships, I want my relationships to be adding to my life, I want to be adding to other people's lives. And if those frequencies don't match up anymore, it doesn't mean that that's bad, or that person is bad or that I'm better than that person in any way, it just means that we're on different frequencies now. And I'm not going to prioritize that relationship. Does that make sense? If you want to expand past your upper limits, you have to be have to be have to be so conscious of who you spend your time with, because it's going to require a lot of energy for you to grow and expand. And if you're around people, situations, spaces that decrease your energy that drain you, it's going to take you a lot longer to expand. So there it is. We are moving past our upper limits this month, and the next and the next and the next and the rest of our lives. And that starts this process starts with how we set up our environments. And what I mean by that is our physical self, our mental self, our spiritual self. And for me, the thing that has changed that the most is sleep, fitness, nutrition and supplementation and my surroundings, meaning my environment and the people around me.
