was the goal, right? So when I set off from my ot journey, I was like, Yes, I want it, I want to know more I want to train and more, I want to understand more. And that sort of, as you mentioned in the beginning, led down my whole like journey of just taking in more information, to better help others to be able to better speak to not only the experience I just went through, but what it really sort of takes to that lasting change that somebody is looking for in their life. And it really does come back to the mind and body connection.

Jaclyn Steele:

Hi, I am Jaclyn Steele, and welcome to self discovery. Howard Thurman so beautifully wrote, don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive, coming alive. That, my friends, is what self discovery is all about. You aware that my sweet listeners today on the podcast, we have Chrissy Petit, she is a transformational coach, and she has all of these incredible accolades. Such an incredible resume. And I get to interview her today. So Chrissy, thank

Unknown:

you for being here. Thank you so much for that intro. I'm so delighted to be here and to talk to you today. It's such a privilege.

Jaclyn Steele:

So we're gonna do something fun and something different today, it's not going to be all about me asking you questions, you're actually going to be interviewing me in some respects. But before we launch into that, I want to ask you, can you give us a little background on what led you to becoming a transformational coach, with so many incredible trainings and such a vast body of work?

Unknown:

Well, thank you so much. Yes. So I am someone who grew up in the north east and a typical suburban kind of environment with a loud Italian family. And I really was kind of groomed to do all different things to kind of foster all my talents. And something that was really a passion of mine from a very young age was dance. And as I grew older, when it came time to make that decision of what I need to do when college came around, I ended up choosing to continue to pursue dance it was everything I knew was everything about who I was. And so when I went to college, it was a dream come true to be in a dance major program to be on the dance team to dance that all the football games and basketball games are just like really live out my true dance dream. And about halfway through my college career, I was taking this extra class on a Saturday morning, and I remember kicking my leg up to my face and just hearing and feeling this, like, pop in my hip. Oh, I Yes, exactly. Like, like all those feelings. I like walked it off, kind of like it wasn't one of those down for the count moments, but I just was like, that couldn't have been a good thing. So walked it off, left, the class was okay could walk and just sort of moved on with my life. But as the days the weeks went by this pain persisted in my hip, and it just kind of was one of those moments where I was like, shoot, I really have to figure this out. So it was like no biggie, I'm gonna go to all these professionals, you know, just get it sorted out and maybe take a little bit of time off. And as time went by, and as I went from one person to the next, and as I tried one thing to the next, my pain wasn't going away, it was actually getting worse and sort of transferring into the other hip. And I found myself at a crossroads where it was like, you get to take care of your body and health and choose that in this moment. Or you get to hold on to your identity and who you are and everything that makes you you up until this point, which is how I saw it. And so in those moments in that moment, and in the sort of dance kind of culture to or anyone can probably understand if they've ever been sort of a part of anything that really is intensely a part of their life. I it literally felt like I could not choose to not keep dancing, right like it's elegant. Death internally.

Jaclyn Steele:

Oh, yeah. Oh, I can imagine.

Unknown:

So I was like, I'm just gonna push through it because I heard from some practitioners that you know, you could continue to you can continue to dance and probably not make it worse. It just won't get better. And I was like, okay, that's a green light to keep dancing. So I for the next two years of my college career, just in this battle, constantly of like choosing my body. Choosing dance and constantly always choosing dance and pushing myself to the brain. And during that time, I just, I visualized it as like, you know, the card being pulled out of the bottom of my house of cards like my home, like, the way I saw myself and Apple, because it had to like it was just being called into question. So if you had to overcompensate for my lack of control over the situation with like, over cross training, when I couldn't dance or like being really restrictive about my eating, and I just began to grip control onto wherever I could. And by the time I graduated college, I was just like, a shell of a person, like did not know which way was up or who I was anymore, but was determined that things were going to get better because I could finally move away from a structure where I had to dance and I could go maybe start a new chapter. So I was really pumped to then go get my master's in occupational therapy, help other people change my direction and find purpose. And amidst that, I was still feeling so they finally diagnosed my hip for what it was, which was labral tear. So like the kind of cushion in my hip, tore off the bone? Um, gosh, yeah. And you've danced through that for two years. Yes. And since I could like dance on it, despite the pain, and I'd like a huge pain tolerance.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yeah, obviously. Probably doesn't need to even need to be stated. Right?

Unknown:

Like a desperate other, that made it even harder, because other people were like, why can't like you barely can dance like, what's the big problem? But yeah,

Jaclyn Steele:

now, the outside didn't match what it felt like on the inside. I totally get that. Exactly.

Unknown:

So So yeah, I was just like, I'm, you know, I'm gonna feel we finally diagnose it properly. And the only thing you can really do for that sort of situation is to get surgery. So I was like, whatever, I will do it, like, sign me up. So I'm in the middle of my grad program, getting hip surgery. And I say all of this because ultimately, one year after my surgery, two years after my surgery, three years after my surgery, and my pain wouldn't go away. Oh, crushed. Crushed, right. Like, that was my saving grace. Finally, I got an answer. Finally, there's a solution to my answer, like, that should have worked. And it just chipped away basically further at like me just trying to get that I was trying to get back to who I was back to the life I had, even if I wasn't dancing all the time. It was just my sense of physical fitness or my sense of like, my worth being tied up in how I felt, yeah,

Jaclyn Steele:

yeah. You weren't ready to let go of that identity at.

Unknown:

Exactly, exactly. And so I tried to replace it with ot. So I entered into the OT world, I was like, I'm just going to be moving forward. And soon when I got into the career, I my first it job three months in, I got injured again. Oh, I know, my like, and it was the weirdest thing. So I was on a brain trauma unit and helping people like post stroke recovery post motor vehicle accident, like really intense brain injuries. And so I was like lifting and moving like, dependent people. And so one day, like, I just might be like, rib cage cartilage is like Tour, which is the weirdest injury and one of the hardest to heal, because so little blood flow goes to that area. Yeah. It's so bizarre. So I laughed because I, you know, I look back and I was in that moment where it was like, true victim. I was like, Why me? Why is this happening to me, I was finally moving forward. And basically, I was out of work for three months, with like, Whoa, yeah. And I tell this whole story to arrive at this moment, because it was the first time in my entire life that I ever just stopped. I was, yeah, time where like, I didn't have something to move on to there was nothing for me to study or look at, you know, there was nothing to take my mind away from the present moment of what I was actually going through. And those three months were the biggest blessing in disguise that I could have ever asked for. Because what happened was I had like a real heart to heart moment with my mom at the beginning of that three month period where I was like, so upset and I was like, how am I out of work? Like my hip is still in pain. And she was like, very loving, lame. Chrissy Do you think that some of this could potentially be in your head and I was like, Again, like, you're gonna tell me that there is in my head and she's like, No, no, no, no, I'm just saying, you know, maybe it'll be helpful to talk to someone about it. You know, like, that's something you haven't done because I spent five years up until that point, going to every practitioner seeking every solution trying to find all these new side of myself. And I was like, You know what, it couldn't hurt, right? Like, very reluctantly, I was like, fine. So I proceeded to go to a therapist. And basically, that was the first moment in my life that ever the tables were flipped in Word on me to what was going on in my mind in my body, what was I responsible for in this situation. And it just completely like blew open my world, to take things from such a place of like literality where I was like, if my hip has pain, there must be a solution or a problem, or there must be a problem, and therefore must be like a clear solution. Meanwhile, we're so much more complicated than that, right? As human beings. Oh, for sure. And the mind body connection is so unbelievable. on believable. Yes, exactly. Because of my ot background, I had this now foundation of like, knowing that I was like, there's more like, I was like, there's more to this. And then that sort of experience of finally reflecting on what was going on in my mind. I spent those next three months like digging into every book, reading everything, taking every course on understanding chronic pain and the mind body connection, and literally going insane with it. Because I was like, Oh my gosh, this holy grail, like, I didn't even realize that this is what was going on. And what was so fascinating was that, basically, from those three months on, everything started to snowball, where like, I started to pivot in the direction that I really wanted to go in, which was not Oh, it was an amazing foundation. But I really want to help people without the medical model, red tape. And so I started, huh, Oh, I love that. Yes, I started going off on my own direction. And I got like, this newfound sense of actual purpose. And it was coming from a self source, please. And I was looking and self now self aware of what my mindset was doing and what beliefs I was holding on to and what was sort of happening and, and hopefully with the body, and literally, within less than a year, my chronic pain was healed. Like completely Wow,

Jaclyn Steele:

have you heard of the book, the body keeps the score? Yes, I have it. It's just so fascinating how what we experience emotionally, physically manifests itself in the body. So I love that you have this occupational therapy background, which is such a foundational, traditional approach, but then you're combining it with these other forms of therapy that just make all of it so much more. potent.

Unknown:

Thank you, thank you, I, I that was the goal, right? So when I set off from my IoT journey, I was like, Yes, I want to, I want to know more I want to train and more, I want to understand more. And that sort of, as you mentioned in the beginning, led down my whole life journey of just taking in more information, to better help others to be able to better speak to not only the experience I just went through, but what it really sort of takes to that lasting change that somebody is looking for in their life. And it really does come back to the mind and body connection. That is so cool. Another common thread that I feel listening to you is this

Jaclyn Steele:

idea that illness leads to wellness, if we let it. And I have experienced that in my life, as well last August. And I've talked about it on this podcast many times, and had some guests who are experts in this field, but I was diagnosed with hashimotos thyroiditis, which basically means my hormones were just completely out of whack. And initially, I was like, How can this happen? I take such good care of myself. But what I didn't realize was the anxiety, the constant stress, the unhealed from trauma that I was carrying around finally was like no more. And now since then, and I'll say it over and over and over. My illness has led to my wellness because it has taught me how to love myself in a totally different way. You know before I thought I understood what self love was, but when you are ill or you have physical pain, that's a whole new way of viewing self love because you really literally have to stop.

Unknown:

Yes, you have to care about. Oh, that reminds me of the quote from Viktor Frankl That suffering ceases to become suffering. The moment it finds meaning. Hmm.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yes. Oh, it's so good. Okay. Next question is, I know, we're going to go over my gene keys and holige genetic profile, which I'm so pumped about, because you sent me a little advanced PDF, and just in my preliminary glancing over it, I was like, This is gonna be mind boggling in the best way. But before we do that, can you give us a synopsis of what all of that means? Because I'm sure my listeners are familiar with birth charts. And I've had somebody come on and read my birth chart. But from my understanding gene keys in the Hala genetic profile is different. It's part birth chart, but it's also all of these other layers.

Unknown:

Yes, it does have a complex amount of layers, but also can be so intuitive once you dive into understanding what it's about. So I'd love to explain further for sure. So I'm going to go back to what you've just said, when you said illness leads to wellness, if we let it. And suffering systemic diseases to become suffering the moment and finds meaning that is, in a way, like the foundation of what these gene keys are all about. And I want to start there, because basically, I'll explain that, but then the gritty of what they actually are. But what you need to understand is that this system is basically a language of shadow frequencies, like an understanding of the way that shadow and fear shows up in our lives in different ways. Yes, and the actual gifts that lie inside of those no illness that exists in the illness, the meaning that exists in the suffering in this book is in this text. And so when I discovered it, it was like that moment of just being like, Oh, this is the book of like it like this is the underside, I just got full body chills.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yeah. Well, I mean, and I think I don't mean to interrupt, but I think this is a really important point for the listeners tuning in, we are so often terrified of going into the shadow or going into what we feel like is our own darkness, or our pain, or that muddy area that we just don't quite understand. But that so often is where the magic happens. And the fear of going to that place is so much worse than the reality of going to that place. And so I want everybody listening, to really, really make that distinction and have that discernment that these shadow frequencies to take the language that you're seeking. This really is the path to new levels of understanding and consciousness and self awareness. So I'm just I'm so pumped for you to just dive in and tell me who I am.

Unknown:

I'm so ready. I think it's a thing. That was such a beautiful way of saying that and to piggyback off of that really quick to just give like an understanding of like, high level this like what is this? Is it like you said, a self awareness of self discovery, a self awakening system, it's an ecosystem that teaches you about, really, it teaches you about why or I should say what patterns you're experiencing from a place of fear and why because there's a gift, there's a meaning there's a reason hidden in it that has a higher purpose for you. And that is why you are here. So your birth, your profile based on your birth information gives you the specific organization of gene keys in this chart, because there are 64 in the whole system. And it gives you your 11 that mean different things depending on where they are and

Jaclyn Steele:

that is incredible. It never ceases to amaze me. The clues that God or the universe or however you want to label this higher power that we experience is constantly giving us all of these breadcrumbs.

Unknown:

Yes. And you start to see how they're interconnected. Right and they overlap.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yes, and each one of us has such a distinct purpose. And I love that too because it makes me feel it makes me feel humbled but it also on the flip side makes me feel incredibly loved and cared for.

Unknown:

Yes, like you're you are dead you are watched out for you are.

Jaclyn Steele:

Exactly, exactly.

Unknown:

And so that's the foundation of what this system like asks of you. It doesn't ask you to believe in anything per se. It's not a religion or anything like that. It's just a system to better understand yourself and just asks you to believe that there is some force there is something that is guiding you that is here for to help you bigger purpose, right? Hmm. Love it. Yes. So with that, I just want to say again, that basically each one of these 64 gene keys has three frequency levels that exist within it. So there's a shadow frequency, which is connected to fear, often victimhood or victim oriented, you know, you know, experience and the mind, our mind is such a culprit. And why fear gets reinforced over and over and over again, why we fall into the same patterns over and over and over again. So it's always gonna be a reason of how intellect in the mind is playing a part in the shadow frequency being in your life, because we can perpetuate it, or we can choose a different path. Right? Exactly.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yeah. Okay, so it's the shadow frequency, the mind. And then is there another layer,

Unknown:

I'm sorry that I was just kind of embellishing on the shadow frequency there. It's just like, it's going to be a manifestation of the mindsphere basically, is what the next frequency above that is the gift frequency that are saying again, when that Oh, and that gift frequency is a trust based frequency, rather than a fear based frequency, it comes from a place of trust in the unknown in the flow and the timing of your life. Like that's going to be the central Oh, I feel that I feel that already.

Jaclyn Steele:

For people who are listening and not watching, I, anytime I feel something deeply, I touch my heart, and I don't really even realize that I do it. I think it's my way also of connecting with other people and saying, like, I see you and I hear you and I'm fully present for this. Oh, I

Unknown:

feel it, I really do. And I'm usually the same way I love here is energy. And last piece, I just want to say the third frequency is the highest frequency you can embody. It's called the city, which is si d, d. h II. And it is often not something I tackle a lot in these conversations or even in like being a sessions with people because it's, it's like the it's the aspirational level ultimate level of consciousness. Yes, it's like the goal, right, but it's like a little detached from like the human experience a little right. A little bit more in that higher level that it of course strive for understand, explore. But usually the shadow and the gift is enough to just already sparser a hole.

Jaclyn Steele:

And I find that that highest frequency is also at times, hard to articulate. Because there's so much oneness in it. And you realize there's so much beauty everywhere that you go. Why am I worrying about anything like my life matters, but it doesn't matter. My work matters, but it doesn't matter. It's like all of this gorgeous divine dichotomy. And so I can understand why it's really hard to speak about and I struggled to articulate it, and I want to talk about it more on this podcast. But I haven't talked about that frequency, a whole lot, simply because when you enter into it, you just want to stay there forever. And you don't really, for me, I don't really want to talk about it. I just want to be in it.

Unknown:

Because at that point, there's like almost no need to write you're like I'm except for the explanation or the analysis.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yeah, it's just energy. It's pure, pure, unadulterated energy.

Unknown:

Exactly. Exactly. So yeah, I mean, I feel like you know, this system already, you're speaking at its core essence. So So yeah, that's exactly what that high. So we have the we all embody all 64 of these, the whole point of the profile is just to give you that roadmap of inquiry around the ones that are going to most likely have the greatest presence for you and your life dependent and in the context that the founder Richard Rudd created through the map basically of your profile, so I love that

Jaclyn Steele:

this episode is supported by burkas nuts, these South American nuts are good for you, and they're good for the planet. And additionally, their nutritional value is next level amazing. They have more than three times the antioxidant power of other popular nuts. They have more fiber than any other nut. They're super high in high quality protein. They're mineral rich, they are they not highest in potassium, and they contain very high amounts of calcium, magnesium, manganese, and other vital minerals. They have 25% fewer fat, calories. Is that other popular nuts, and their taste is a cross between a peanut and an almond. I'm eating one right now. And it is a cross between a peanut and almond but it's slightly sweeter, you can easily add them for crunch and depth to everything from your morning bowl of oatmeal, to grain pilaf, sauces and even pesto. I mentioned before that these nuts are good for the planet. And now I'm going to tell you why verrucas grow wild in South America, mainly in Brazil. And these hearty trees require no pesticides or fertilizers. Thanks to long roots that find water deep in the ground, they don't even need watering the Serato where they grow in Brazil, the most biodiverse Savanna on the planet is under severe threat, more than 50% of its land has been raised to create enormous cattle ranches and industrial farms. Fortunately, deforestation rates are going down thanks to the outcry from environmental groups and other concerned organizations. Supporting verrucas means helping save the Serato these nuts also are ultra fair trade because you know, I do not want to partner with any companies that are not treating their employees like gold. The bruke is nuts company offer generous compensation to the indigenous people who gather verrucas from the wild trees, this much needed income helps families stay on their land. verrucas are the nuts that have it all great taste crazy high nutrition and a positive impact on the environment and on the lives of people who gather them. So what are you waiting for, give these delicious nuts and nut butters or try find them on verrucas.com that's bruks.com and use code Jaclyn j ac LYN for 15% off, all of those links and codes will be in the show notes. And now back to the episode. Love My dear, please lead the way. Let's begin.

Unknown:

Let's dive in. So I love to start with just explaining that when and if you know you as a listener are so interested to pull up yours as well, you can go to gene keys calm, find the free Profile tab and get in Pull Up yours You can even have a visual of what we're walking through. But when you look at your college genetic profile, the actual map, it's, you know, filled the spheres and they are green, red and blue. And I think it's important to understand that this system does have like a roadmap of how to navigate it if you'd like. There's also a way you know, you can just explore the jinkies as a system. But today we're going to talk about the first part of that roadmap, which is the green set of spheres. And those are all a part of what Richard Rudd calls the activation sequence. So this is like forging keys in your profile that have everything to do with the dynamics that are going to empower you to express your genius take like truly step into that individualized purpose that you're here to, you know, show spreads through the world you know. So we're going to talk about your Ford, you know, genius gene keys, as we can call them and sort of the shadow that's present in there as well as the gift. How's that sound? Oh, perfect. Great. Okay, awesome. So I first would love to ask, we can we can begin with the very first one of the entire you know, roadmap, which is your life's work gene key. So each of these gene keys has a different name. But where they are in your profile gives them a different sphere that they're in so you have the 59th jinky in your life's work sphere. So your life's work sphere whatever is there is the dynamic that's going to play a part in you know what you're here to do like if you really want to get spiritual about it like what your soul came back here to Yeah, yeah, let's get super spiritual with it. I'm so they're amazing. So basically the the shadow of this 59th jinky is this honest steam. gift is intimacy. Mm hmm. And so a lot of times you'll find with this language that Richard red created, the words aren't always as black and white as our, you know, link. Sure. So I'm just curious, even like, based on the word of dishonesty and intimacy, what comes to mind for you just even right off the bat

Jaclyn Steele:

when you hear those. When I think of dishonesty, I think my first gut reaction was, oh, I don't want anybody to think I'm being dishonest because that is such a that is something I strive to be the opposite of. Yet at the same time, I also know within the umbrella of the word dishonesty, it could also be me holding back information, not lying about it, just not fully sharing all of an experience or all of what I'm feeling. And I think in my life, there have been many, many times where I've experienced situations and maybe not stood up for myself or had good boundaries, and that is dishonesty.

Unknown:

Mm hmm. So well said, yes, this dishonesty does umbrella out into really, you know, seeing how you can be honest with yourself, right, like their meaning, or not being truthful. Like, I mean, how many times and this isn't judgment, right. How many times do we have we lied to ourselves along?

Jaclyn Steele:

Oh, so many? So many? Yeah. Well, and hashimotos is rooted in unexpressed emotion. That that is? It makes perfect sense. I've held back. Yes.

Unknown:

Yes. And that this honesty of not showing up them fully, or not expressing yourself to your photos capacity? I mean, if like, has had its own set of circumstances or consequence, yeah,

Jaclyn Steele:

it manifested physically for sure.

Unknown:

Exactly. Yes. And so the shot, that's what the shadow frequencies have the power to do, right? Because what we can see is what fuels dishonesty, we really boil it down. Again, it's this fear, it's the fear of what we're going to discover if we face actual truth. If we share the actual truth, it comes from this place of fear. And so when fear is the primary state in the body in the mind it the wear and tear, right, it breaks starts to break things down. And that's how things manifest differently, right? Yeah. Oh,

Jaclyn Steele:

oh, that makes so much sense. And I feel like understanding the shadow frequency is so important, because it gives us a baseline, if we want to change and fix something, but we don't know what

Unknown:

we need to change or fix, it's really hard to do. Right. And that's actually that's actually why I love the gene keys so much is because we're giving actual words and a language to what you're already likely experiencing. But you may not have a name for it, or a word for it, or an understanding of it. And so this actually gives you the power, it gives you the power to reclaim your influence your, you know, control over the what you're experiencing, because you're already going through it, but you may not have like, you may not be able to call it what it is right? So this now will help you reframe, oh, where where am I being dishonest? Or where am I? Either with myself or others? Or where am I perpetuating a state of dishonesty, even if it's like with good intentions? Or even if it's coming from a place of trying to avoid pain for others, right? That's,

Jaclyn Steele:

you know, Oh, for sure. And I have struggled with that for most of my life. For sure. Oh, yeah. I mean, it makes perfect sense.

Unknown:

Like you're saying in the ways that it showed up with you physically, even with that suppression of your emotion. I'm wondering, is there any way that's coming to mind even presently, where you see this popping up, or where it's just sort of maybe manifesting a little bit differently?

Jaclyn Steele:

You know, I think I have done so much healing and self worth work over the last six months, that now it's, instead of like these big, big issues that I have struggled with in the past, you know, family issues, bad boundaries, etc, or even health because my health is now at a place where I am in remission and in recovery. It's now boiling down to small moments where I go, what do I need right now because I feel off balance. And I can see the progress of having this focus on these giant monumental what I felt like were problems to now. They're smaller, much more manageable, momentary. Hey, I didn't take care of myself this morning. I'm going to need to just slow it down tonight and recalibrate. Right? Right.

Unknown:

That is such I'm so glad you explained it that way. And I think that's such a powerful thing to point out here too, that the the shadow frequency can like manifest itself in like these more like dramatic or maybe overt ways, but it can also be in these slight ways where you can say, maybe you agree to a plan later you were like, Oh yeah, I'm definitely down to go get dinner, but maybe your body was like screaming for rest and into that is actually a form of dishonesty in a way, right? Like, Oh, for sure, for sure, we need to work in a symbiotic relationship with our physical world. And I think so often because I spend so much time in the mind. And in this spiritual realm, like, and I love that about myself, I've always been that way. What I sacrifice first is the physical health and my physical needs. And so, again, illness leading to wellness, I've just realized that I have to work in tandem with my body. And that's a privilege, not something that will hamper me. And right there, what manifestation? I guess a testament to the gift of intimacy. How intimate Do you have to be to actually look at yourself that on to have the awareness to say, this needs to change, or I'm noticing this right now, or I need to share this emotion with somebody else, or I need to advocate for my well being in this moment, right? How intimate. And I think intimacy is one of my core values, and always has been. But as I've gotten older, I've realized that there are so many layers to intimacy to it's not just the mean, it can be giving somebody a hug and spending time with them. But to me now, it's much more of an energetic exchange of like, hey, my heart sees your heart. And we can be present in this moment together, and just share space and share air. And that, that has been a guiding force in my life, truly. And I mean, even just with the creation of this podcast, for anybody who's been listening from the beginning, until now, I think the common thread that that they could easily derive out of each episode is, it is really honest. And it's not because I want validation from my story, or because I want recognition or whatever. It's because I believe when we are our most honest selves, we give other people permission to be their most honest selves. And like you said, In the beginning, you know, self awareness and us being more self aware, leads to a more self aware town, city, state country world. And, you know, we talk about these huge problems like global warming and war and these mass shootings. But to me, it's not about laws. It's not about politics. It's not about what's happening in Washington, it's about what's happening inside of us. And the more we can bring our own gifts to fruition, and the more self aware we can be, I think it will the ripple effects of that, like we mentioned earlier in the episode will transform the very world that we live in. It's like, I mean, I'm, I hesitate to bring up Michael Jackson's name because of the documentary that came out about him, but the song, man in the mirror, like, I'm looking at the man in the mirror, and asking him to change his ways. And that is the crux of all of it, we have to stop pointing the fingers at one another and really point the fingers at ourselves and take radical responsibility. Yes. Yes, it's so well said so well said and I'm just, I'm getting chills now. Because this so correlates to to your purpose, Genki which is all about, like, who you're here to be. And by being that message will be rippled out as well. And that has so much to do with what you're talking about, with basically this just starting with you and taking responsibility for your presence, basically, with yourself and, and it's hard to be able to repattern so when it comes to, you know, being able to break the patterns that the shadows are perpetuating, basically, in our minds are feeding, it comes to like he keeps saying self awareness, that presence enough to be able to say, Oh, this is what I'm doing, or this is what I'm deciding or this is what I'm choosing. And if we all just had more focused attention on that how our interactions, our choices, our decisions would change so dramatically. Amen. Ideally for the collective good, right if we realize just how intuitive And there we are, like just how much we're all here have it like having different experiences, but trying to do the same thing. You know, it's nice, dude, I'm trying to have peace. We're just being. And I'm not trying to bypassing of people's experiences by meaning there's or explain this sort of simply. But it's just kind of giving people an opportunity to realize the power of the self awareness in their own lives and the ripple effect that can have. So that dynamic is really all about what you're here to do. So, you know, when it comes to the path, like, you're probably going to see this invitation to notice where you are being dishonest with yourself or others, and or where you are seeing other people potentially being dishonest with themselves and using your, I see

Jaclyn Steele:

it so clearly, all the time. And it's really crazy, it's really hard for me not to say anything, because I never want to offend people. But at the same time, I'm like, oh, should I tell them this because I feel like it would make their life easier. So that's a constant battle for me.

Unknown:

And I can understand why because just to add some, on top of what's present in hearing your gene keys is that each gene key to this makes it even more personalized, is expressed through one of six ways. And so you have the third line in the string key. So it's 59.3. And a third line is the archetype of the changer. And this is all about people who are here to, through their own trial and error, and through their own lived experience are literally meant to be the people that say, this doesn't work.

Jaclyn Steele:

I mean, that is my story. 100% 100% It's incredible to It's wild. But it's true. And sometimes, you know, I feel like every because it's so clear to me, my assumption is that everybody sees it that clearly. But as I've gotten older, I've realized, as I've become more empathetic and compassionate that we don't all see things the same way. And thank goodness, we don't because we need multiple perspectives. But when it comes to these situations in which I feel like people are being rubbed raw, or there's, you know, a roadblock or whatever I do I see it. So clearly, it's like it's written in black and white in a book in front of me.

Unknown:

And this is and you know, not to say that you're this sheet of paper, or the you know, this profile, but it's just so fascinating to see how that's so clear for you. And the reason why, and you can now like hopefully just even further embrace. But yeah, this is your like, mission like, this is why you're here I can trust my instincts. You have this killer instinct that you all have, you know, it the gift is really is your gift. And through the sharing of your lived experience, and what you've learned and how and what to do, you can therefore help other people to a place of deeper intimacy with themselves. Deeper honesty, I am,

Jaclyn Steele:

oh wild, how wild and I haven't announced this publicly. But I decided about two weeks ago that I'm going to start coaching on self worth. Because I feel like it's such an area in which I've struggled personally. But also I see so clearly that so many other women are struggling. And so you're telling me all of this is just reinforcing everything that I have felt inside, but have been dishonest about and that I've held it back and gone. Oh, you know, who am I to do that? Or is that really my calling? But over the last couple of weeks it's just become so abundantly clear that it is my calling. And also that's what I'm supposed to be doing right now.

Unknown:

So how cool Yes, yes, I love that so much because this life's work can manifest in so many different ways. Right? This doesn't say hey, you need to be this or that you know you it's just your lived experience and then you coming to this very organic place of knowing how that needs to translate and so I I love to hear that that came to you so naturally to help others. So powerful. It is.

Jaclyn Steele:

Beautiful friends, I want to share something with you that I am so excited to share with you and something that has been heavy on my heart and it is this It is my belief that we are currently living in a self worth epidemic. low self worth is the root cause of so many of the issues that rub us raw, continuing to stay in a relationship where we are treated poorly or undervalued, this is a self worth issue. Spending money, we know we don't have an unnecessary consumer goods, because it will make us feel better for just a moment. This is a self worth issue, playing it small at work, even though we are killing it, because we are afraid to advocate on our own behalf. This is a self worth issue, refusing to share our writing, or our art, or our voice or our talent with the world because we are afraid of how the world will react. This is a self worth issue, having an idea or a work that lights us up, and then hiding it in the closet or on a hard drive or under the couch. Because we don't know how to label it or create a system to bring it to the public. This, at its root is a self worth issue. Wanting to start a business that offers a product or service that feels so aligned with our souls that our first instinct is to sing it from the mountaintops. But then self doubt creeps in and steals that voice that was on the verge of singing. This is a self worth issue. I have struggled with self worth issues for much of my life. I've shared many of them in this very podcast. And now, because of the experiences I've had in the work I've done around healing, reclaiming and empowering my own self worth. I feel called to offer services that can help you do the same. Understanding my own power has radically changed my life from the inside out. And my beautiful friends, we need your voice. We need your ideas. We need your business, we need you to make big bucks so you can do big things in the world. And most of all, we need the fullest version of you. As I've mentioned many times in this podcast, what the world needs is people who have come alive. And if we are living in low self worth, we are not fully alive. This is an invitation to work one on one with me in a safe and sacred container, where we will work on healing, reclaiming, and empowering your self worth. So you can grow that business or usher in healthier relationships. Take leaps Your soul is longing for and live a life that feels like your own details can be found in the show notes below. Feel free to reach out to me directly. If you have any questions. I'm sending you so much love. Now back to the episode.

Unknown:

Wow. So what's really cool about this gene key is that or I wish to say the lifespan of work gene key is that it is programming partners with the evolution gene key. So basically, this next gen key we're going to talk about plays a really big role in reinforcing the shadow of what we that we just went over of dishonesty or reinforcing the gift when you're in a higher frequency state so that your evolution jinkies, the 55th. And what's really cool about the 5015 key is that this is like if there's one gene key in the entire 64 that is like the gene key. It's this one. And that's because you know the founder says all the time like this is present in every single like this is like the foundation basically of every other gene key. And so this is like if this is in your profile, you Thursday, really deep presence and sort of essence of this wisdom in and of itself, which is why since we've been talking about the shots that you're like, just right here for it, you're picking it up, you're hearing it, you're seeing it because you have like this understanding of this, like pattern, and this way of like our evolutionary fear forces showing up in our life and the gifts that lie hidden within them. So I think that's really cool. I just went Wow, wow,

Jaclyn Steele:

I feel tears welling up in my eyes.

Unknown:

This, this takes the conversation. I mean, really, and everything we've said and just deep insight into understanding that really every other gene key can be correlated to this shadow of victimization, and this gift of freedom. So as you can imagine, right? I mean we all have those moments where when we're in a place of fear of playing the victim or seeing ourselves as the victim, right? Oh, for sure. Often, we don't even realize that we're doing it right. We don't it like, especially before maybe you embark on a self awareness, when you're even in a new phase of your self awareness journey, you just may not even realize the way in which you could be living in that sort of victim place.

Jaclyn Steele:

All based on fear. Yeah. That I mean, the victim mentality is the ultimate, giving up of our own control and handing it over to fear to take the driver's seat. Yeah. And I've so been there, too. I've so been there, especially when I was younger. And I felt before I understood this monumental concept that life is happening for me, and not to me. Before I really understood what that meant, and felt it in my everyday life, and allowed it to seep into my bones. There was a lot of that victim mentality of Why me? Which is the wrong, that's the wrong question. I think it should be why is this for me?

Unknown:

Yeah. What? Yeah. Why is this happening with that undertone of? Because I know it's actually it's trying to leave me somewhere for my highest for the Collective's highest good. That's, that's it, right. And so that's why oftentimes, when we hear that word, it can again, be almost like dishonesty, a little triggering, right? Like a little like, I don't want you know, I don't want to be a victim, I don't want to like say I'm a victim. But it's really just trying to make this aware of those moments where we, we do relinquish our influence and our control as if like, when we say, Oh, I can't do anything about this, or this is the way it is, or, um, you know, you're kind of forfeiting that your role that you have in it, that that's coming always from a fear based place, right? Oh, totally. And I feel like as well. self awareness,

Jaclyn Steele:

when we realize who we are, and what our shadows are, we don't have to make that our identity. You know, we can say, Hey, I see this orange. For those of you that are listening, I'm holding up an orange into the camera. And instead of being like this orange is a part of me, it's mine. It's who I am like Gollum with precious in the ring and the Lord of the Rings. I can say, Oh, this is me acting like a victim. That's interesting. Why am I acting like a victim in this situation. So we can detach from those negative identity aspects. without there being nx. It can be done with a curiosity, and love as well, where we go, oh, man, that something must have happened to me in which I identified myself with this story. That's so interesting. Now, how can I lovingly let that go and bring in a more powerful story? It doesn't have to be crazy complicated, it can actually be really simple. And you know, and I get this, we're all human. But you know, if somebody says something to you, that's critical, like, hey, you're arrogant, or something not used specifically? I'm sure nobody would say that about you. And not people don't say that about me either. But we're somebody to say something like that to you. It doesn't have to be something that you allow it to seep into the very makeup of who you are. It really doesn't. But it's also an invitation for you to say, Was I being arrogant in that moment? And if I was, Why was that? Was my ego triggered? Was I feeling fearful? How can I change that and be better for the rest of the day? Or tomorrow or whatever?

Unknown:

Yes, taking, realizing and I'm so glad you brought this up, right? Because often it can, like you said right from the beginning it can be we can be afraid we can have actually this really big built up fear of looking deeper into the shadows looking deeper into these quote unquote, negative things. When really, we're, we're giving it that power by even looking at it like as if as though it was negative as though it's a problem as though that means you're something right, we give meaning to it. Rather than looking at it objectively and saying, Yeah, what is this telling me? What is this showing me how can I use this in a way that's going to you support me. And if an emotion sparks within you have a trigger or you know, like you said, noticing it, and not being the mad at yourself for having that reaction. But just being like that compassion, like you said, that compassion for self where you can just recognize that this is this is the human experience, it's learning as Oh, that, like you are able to detach from allowing others to have such an influence over your state in your life experience. Hmm, that's freedom. That's freedom. It always comes back to the gift, it's so good. That's perfectly said. And so this is for you, as is typically your evolution, which means like this, that's going to be the dynamic that like victim shadow popping up, and that, you know, experience of true freedom as, like, what you're here to learn. Your evolution is like, what are you here to learn? And what's going to keep pushing you along your personal evolution in a really powerful way?

Jaclyn Steele:

Well, and my word for so many years has been freedom. So many. So thanks, again, it

Unknown:

makes perfect sense. I love that because it's such a huge word for me, too. I'm so curious. Like, what what's made that such a powerful word for you in your life?

Jaclyn Steele:

Well, I think there's always been a part of me that has understood that if I give my power away to other people, I will never live in a sense of freedom. But until the last few years, I don't think I was. It's not that I wasn't aware enough, it was almost that the concept was too large for me to chew on. You know, it was like, I was ready for the hors d'oeuvres before the main course. And that's the main course. And I want my words to matter here. Freedom is our birthright. I believe that. And I think we come into this world, very uninhibited. When I think back to who I was, as a little girl, I was sassy and bold, and I said, what was on my mind, I didn't hold back, I was like, ready to fight the boys if I needed to, like I was aggressive, in some ways, when I needed to be. But I was also incredibly sweet and loving and kind. And as the years went on, I became less and less and less and less free, based on family expectations, societal expectations, my own expectations, what I thought people would think of me if I did X, Y, or Z. And as I've gotten older, I've understood that that paradigm of giving our power away, giving so much onus to other people, in regard to how they see us. It's like the ultimate lie because it keeps us trapped in our own muck. And it keeps us in this state of going, who am I This person says, I'm this and that person says, I'm this and this magazine says I should be this and this book says I should be this. And there comes a point where metaphorically and maybe even physically, you have to turn the books around. And what I mean by that is, stop looking outside of yourself for the answers and the wisdom. My acupuncturist said to me recently was last week, she was like Jacqueline, you have been so caught up in the doing,

Unknown:

you do and you do and you do. Your work is to be just be

Jaclyn Steele:

and that is also the ultimate freedom. Where we understand were imperfect, we understand, hey, I've got this orange of victimization in my view, but it's not who I am and the more I can become comfortable with the sole essence of who I came into this world to be, the better off I will be and that does not mean I need to be perfect. It means I need to be whole which is accepting which is loving which is having good boundaries.

Unknown:

Oh of the things. And like you said, like that is true freedom. Hmm, that's right. It is,

Jaclyn Steele:

it is I think, again, we, we look outside of ourselves for freedom, when we have this amount of money in the bank, then I'll be free when I live here, then I'll be free, when I'm out from under the thumb of so and so then I will be free. But again, those are all lies, we have the power, the immense power, not of overpowering other people. That's not the kind of power I'm talking about the inner power and the inner wisdom to say, hey, person who I feel like I'm under your thumb, that's me allowing myself to be under your thumb, hey, specific amount of money that I feel like I need to be free. That is an illusion, money is energy. And I will be free whenever I decide to be free. Because freedom is in the mind. It's not in our physical world. I mean, I think the perfect example of that is like Nelson Mandela, in prison for decades, yet heals himself and then comes out and frees a nation. Wow, wow. And we all have that power inside of us. Because we're all from the same source. We're all made of the same stuff. Yes, Nelson Mandela is extraordinary. But you're extraordinary. I'm extraordinary. We can all choose to be extraordinary.

Unknown:

Yes, yes. I mean, I want to like drop in my grave. middling seems like the only appropriate action because I so well said and I mean, that's the whole point, right? The whole, like, free, like you said, freedom at all of this language. Like, it's all. It's all, you know, I don't wanna say it's all an illusion. But to your point, like you were saying, like, it's a perception. That's what it is deception. And we have influence over our perceptions in our lives. Not to say that we're not going to come across things outside of our control that do happen, or things that do work really hard to limit us in different ways. But we do have, like, we at least want to stand in the power that we do own and have over the how we can influence our lives and our state of health, well being and quality of life. So, so yeah, I think free like knowing that freedom, desiring freedom is really desiring freedom from suffering. That's what we want, right? And so, yes, like you said, it's like, oh, that's gonna happen with money with this career move with this, we attach it to all sorts of different things. But this is why this is so beautiful. We need to recognize that this that very suffering we're trying to escape to to get freedom, the freedom is hidden inside of it suffering. Yeah, it is. It is,

Jaclyn Steele:

it is and wit. And if we don't address that, we will never be truly free. I think God puts us on this planet, to not be perfect, but to be whole. And that requires us to heal. And sometimes it's generational chains that have to be broken. So it's not easy stuff. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

Unknown:

Absolutely. And that was something you said before, and I'm so glad you just responded again, was what's so important to understand too, about when you're exploring shadow, you're exploring fear or you're exploring any of these frequencies that are lower and more of victimhood. We carry with us, and this is the whole point of the gene keys, you're unlocking gifts within your DNA. Because we have these ancestral, we carry these ancestral patterns that were actually weren't even us. They're not even ours that came from before us. And now we're now we're here to work them out and to see them and to, you know, work through them and rise above them. But like you said, we don't have to identify with the orange. We don't have to identify with the word of dishonesty. We just need to look at it and say, ooh, this is showing up somewhere else and it's in me and now I have the power to do something about it.

Jaclyn Steele:

Yeah. And create the awareness around it. And for everybody listening to you know, I know we're talking about deep things like past lives and generational chains, and I believe every ounce of By being those are so true, but I also don't want anybody to feel so intimidated, like, Oh no, I have to take on 1800 generation pain. It's it's not about that it's so much simpler. It's so much simpler. And as we begin to do the work, we realize it's simpler. Again, it's the fear. It's the illusion of separateness, and that our pain will kill us, when actually it will allow us to truly live truly live.

Unknown:

I love what this, what this sparks what kind of conversations can be had with new ways of seeing things can come up with, with this language. And I just want to like thank you for what you just said, because I think it is so liberating to hear it put that way. Hmm. Ah, well,

Jaclyn Steele:

thank you. Thank you, and thank you for doing this amazing, amazing work.

Unknown:

Thank you, I feel like I was in my own way, right. And my own path led to, to find this very reason and to share it and will continue to follow wherever that takes me. But I just feel blessed to to Richard Rive for the genius that this is and all that came before him to create this, but also for everything in and around this that have come through all Mind Body connection, research spirituality, like I just think there's so much that we're all sharing. And that can have such a profound impact and

Jaclyn Steele:

such a profound impact and goodness gracious, if I had known about this 10 years ago, I don't know if my mind would have been able to absorb all of it like I can today. But I feel like it would have made a lot of the things that I experienced much easier.

Unknown:

Well, I will say, really quickly, because your other two gene, he's in your activation sequence are two that I have in my soul sisters, of course. I saw them and I was like, Oh, I feel like we're really gonna resonate around these together. too, I say I bring this up, because I'm one of them in particular. So your your purpose gene key, which is all about, like, who you're here to be because we talk so much in life about purpose as if it's the thing that we do, right? Like your acupuncturist reflected back to you. It's not about what you do. It's about me, it's Who Are You Being moment to moment, and, and so this 34th Gen key and your purpose is the shadow of force, the gift of strength, and ultimately, the city of majesty. But I love this one so much. And it's present in mine as well. And it's this idea of, for, like, feeling like we need to, I guess being under the illusion that we can like, force things the way that our mind wants them to be into actuality or that that's going to actually lead us to more fulfillment or freedom by like, sheer force of will, right? I mean, how, like, have you, I'm sure, and I would love to hear like, have you experienced like, that sense of force of doing my whole life.

Jaclyn Steele:

It really has only been in the last couple of years, but really last six months, that I have stopped trying, not trying, creating this whirlwind of doing for myself, and it never leads me into a space of peace. I'll like check stuff off the checklist, but it still feels hollow when I'm in that headspace.

Unknown:

That's the point, right? Yeah. And sorry, I didn't mean to interject by just wanting to know your radians chinky which like is also a programming so your life's work in your evolution work together and then your ratings and your purpose work together. And so now I'm just kind of flipping over to this. You got works with this force. Is the 20th Genki the shadow of superficial reality? Like what you just said is when when when we are busy, like when we are busy and doing but we're not aware in the doing and or we're not present and intentional in the doing. If you said it's it's hollow, right? That's why they're hollowness. It's superficial. You're writing. You're on the fringes of life, but you're not actually in it. Hmm. I've spent so much time in that place thinking I need to prove myself. I need to whatever. And it has never served me well. And it manifested in so many ways.

Jaclyn Steele:

But physically, again, like the gift of our body's telling us no more. It is frustrating, but one of the ultimate gifts that has been delivered in my life for sure.

Unknown:

Oh, absolutely. Because I would, I would love to hear if this is true for you, too. But as I explained earlier, that was the catalyst for my personal beginning and evolution and actually like living my life, that wasn't defined by what I was told for it to be defined by, you know, which was that I was this one person, and with this one identity, and this is what made me worthy. That wasn't living to the fullest capacity. That was the definition of living on the fringes because I was so confined to this self image and this way of, you know, and again, rooted in fear, because if I stepped outside of that, then what would happen if I stepped outside? You know, it's, that's not truly

Jaclyn Steele:

living? No, it's not. And I think so many of us live our lives in a box. And we don't realize the lid is open. We can remove the lead, but it feels scary. Because our false self wants safety, we want security, we want to know what's going to happen next. But the truth is, we're never going to know what happens next. And the more we can lean back into that and trust that the universe that brought you into this world at this moment in time, is going to take care of you, and show you what you need to do next, and allow you to experience the things that you need to experience in this lifetime to learn what you need to know. That is a trust fall, every single day. But if we choose to live in that box with the lid on, we are never going to live to our fullest capacity. But truly the lit like we just have to lift

Unknown:

it off. And walk out and ride it out. Right? Yeah. Yeah. I, I'm with you on that entire visual visual of really what it's like and what that feels embodying it. And you know, going back to like the body piece, I think it's so fascinating, but also doesn't surprise me that these teaching keys that I'm talking about now, the shadow force in the shadow of superficiality have a huge role in manifesting stress in the body, like in like you were saying, our body wants security, it wants safety, it wants this uncertainty. And we when we expect that when our mind expects that that's when the stress occurs, right? Mm hmm. But when you embrace the reality of I am going to trust in my timing I'm going to trust in where I go. Next, I'm going to trust in this quote unquote, failure or this quote unquote, misstep, right? As actually the very thing that's holding again, the seeds of my transcendence or like the next step that's gonna lead me to, you know, where I'm just supposed to be going or who I'm here to be? What is stronger than that? Like? That's true strength, right? Mm hmm. brute force of well, but actually, the effortlessness of I'm not going to push my effort through, I'm going to embrace bracing the ease of like following the river.

Jaclyn Steele:

And the brute force of will, in my experience, it can get some things done like enough that you feel like oh, this is how you do it. Yes, but it's not sustainable. It is not sustainable. And it's not the highest use of high frequency energy. You know, Oh, goodness gracious, it will box you into a corner faster than you can say, don't do that.

Unknown:

Surely, yeah. Really, like look at what's making you feel like who it's working. It's usually some sort of external validation or approval, right? Like, it's like you're feeling that way because someone told you that when you do That it's the right thing. But again, if you really stop in that present moment, when you use that brute force, you're probably going to feel that sense of hollowness or emptiness or like you were referring to before, because that's not your truth. Mm hmm. powerful stuff. It is, it really is, this is so cool. It's It's so like, there's so as you can see so many layers, and so many ways in which to work around these words and understand them better, and how to use them really intentionally, in your day to day or in your life to like, empower you to move from those shadow frequencies, to those gifts, or recognize the very normal human shadow frequencies that we all have, and see them as the invitations they are to your higher purpose. Hmm.

Jaclyn Steele:

Oh, that's so beautiful. Okay, I have a couple more questions for you, or is there anything else you want to add to my profile?

Unknown:

I will just add that, you know, like I said, There is so much more like to you and to everyone, right. And so this isn't, like, ever meant to be restrictive. But it's just, there's so much more to explore. And I just want to, like, reflect back to you, hopefully, that you can start to see the inner workings of the way in which the story about what you've experienced what you are meant to be experiencing, to what so you can step into this higher purpose. But what I you know, invite you or anyone else to do is to go along that voyage. And then from what I didn't say earlier was that after the activation sequence, there's the red spheres, which is called your Venus sequence. And then it's all about the themes, the shadows, and the gifts that really play a part in your, like love and relationships. And so it talks a lot about core wounding and what you picked up in your,

Jaclyn Steele:

oh my gosh, yeah,

Unknown:

it breaks down each Genki corresponds to in the in the middle around your, like first seven years of life, you're seven to 14, or 14 to 20. So really, it's really such a powerful reflective tool for understanding you and your relationships and your core wounds. And then the last sequence, which is blue is all about, it's called the pearl sequence. And it's all about your prosperity. So how to unlock your highest prosperity, which is not just money, but like true wealth, like the inside out, Oh, my gosh, okay. And so I can access those next spheres through you or do like, tell me, tell me what I need to do next, give me the micro. Yes, I love it. So definitely get your free profile at jinkies calm, but what I'm excited to have available is at my personal website, you can go to my gene keys, or my genius tab. And there is an opportunity to have like a personal in depth session like this to really go deep into your specific pathways, as well as sort of like a longer, like exploration journey with me as your guide. As I'm becoming a certified gene keys guide. In this very moment. I've been working with this system for a while, but Richard Rudd just put out an opportunity for that official sort of certification process. So I'm really excited about that. What a great fit for you. It's just it was like really came in the perfect moment to where I was like, I just want to be able to spread this really from a place of integrity, because I that's such a huge thing about this too. I like this is not my work that I birthed out of me. And Richard would say he's the first student of the gene keys like this was a system that is very much you know, a student of as well. But I wanted to share this with integrity. And so I'm really excited to get to do that. And I say this because soon there I'm putting out just a bunch a bunch of bunch of mini courses so that you can like cherry pick your gene keys and get like, like little master classes basically on your specific ones. Because there is no it's brilliant. That for you. Yes, I wanted it to be super accessible for people so that they can get to know their stuff like right away and have that exploration on their own if they want to.

Jaclyn Steele:

I love that. I love that. I love that. Okay, so I know my listeners are gonna want to know where to find you. So where are you online?

Unknown:

But also you can find me on Instagram. that's usually where I hang out and talk about all things gene keys and Mind Body connection and things and I'm also on Facebook. So

Jaclyn Steele:

any of those all beautiful and I'll link all of those things in the show notes. Last question is what do you want our dear listeners to take away from this Episode, I want them to take away

Unknown:

that indication to rust in and reclaim and harness that inmates power that they have to influence their reality to influence their own hype.

Jaclyn Steele:

The ultimate power power over ourselves

Unknown:

self mastery, self sorcery, you know, being able to really just recognize that you you do have a say and impact and like an influence greater than anything else really, on your current life circumstances. And so to claim that for yourself is the biggest gift I think.

Jaclyn Steele:

I'm so grateful for you and I'm so grateful that we got to connect how cool

Unknown:

Oh, me too. This was such a powerful conversation. I have loved hearing your perspective on all of this as well. It's been so great. Oh, well, I loved yours as well. What a gift what an exchange. Thank you.
